Portal framed building 80.000m long, 20.000m wide, with a central spine column, to support the 1st & 2nd floors, by 14.000m high, with a 5 degree concealed roof pitch. Composite profiled and flat panels and flat panels installed to the roof and wall elevations, together with the installation of powder coated double glazed windows, curtain screen walls and automatic doors.

The building has been designed to produce and distribute upto 150,000 fresh quality sandwiches each day to London and the south east of England.
