The building was originally intended to be a two story building using light wieght swage floor beams with t&g board deck.
As the building evolved the clienst realised that they did not have enough room to meet their production requierments. The site was tight and the only option was to build up.
We established a new floor layout and an architect was appointed to make an amended planning application.
